Hoyt 'Lamar' Holbrook

Hoyt “Lamar” Holbrook, age 80, of Cumming, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. Lamar was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents Hoyt and Winnie Grace Holbrook; brothers, J. P. Holbrook, Hugh Holbrook. Sister, Peggy Rich.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Holbrook; sons, Keith Holbrook, Kyle (Mindy) Holbrook; grandchildren, Taylor (Matt) Boling, Zak Holbrook, Nick Holbrook, Paiton Holbrook; great granddaughter, Sutton Boling; and a number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 8th at 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Padgett and Rev. Albert Kyle officiating. Interment will follow in New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 am till 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Friday from 11:00 am until hour of the service.
