David Lee Eldridge

David Lee Eldridge, 68, of Gainesville, GA passed away after a long hard-fought battle with cancer, on Saturday December 2nd 2017 in
Gainesville GA.  David was born August 10, 1949 in Johnson City, Tennessee, first son of Theodore and Edith (Johnson) Eldridge.  After Graduating from Gainesville High, David took off to the University of Florida in Gainesville FL. There he acquired a Bachelors Degree in
Marketing and met the love of his life Maurine Kay Latham Eldridge. Dave became a successful business man in the Home Construction
industry, which allowed him to start and raise a family and follow his beloved Florida Gators. Upon retirement Dave moved back to Georgia to spend time with his mother and family.

Dave is preceded in death by his mother Edith, his father Theodore, Step Father Muryl Shumaker and his brother Tommy.
Dave leaves behind his loving wife of 46 years Kay, his daughter Devon (Spencer) Milford, his son Nicholas (Renea) Eldridge and
Grand-Children Landon and Lily Milford, brother, Mark (Susan) Eldridge and niece and nephew Jill and Zack Eldridge.

 Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday March 24, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Arts Council Cottage 203 Green
Street S.E. Gainesville, GA 30501.
