Richard is survived by his wife, Julie Stegall of Gainesville; son, Ricky Stegall of Gainesville; daughter, Jackie Stegall of Cleveland; grandchildren, Karissa, M.J., Jocelyn; brothers, Don Stegall of Woodstock and Scott Stegall of TX.
