Brenda Ann Gardner Gee

Brenda Ann Gardner Gee, age 69 of Gainesville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 12, 2017.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Reverend Nick Dalton and Mr. Wes Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm and on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. 

Mrs. Gee was born November 12, 1948 in Gainesville, Georgia to Otto Edward Gardner and Fannie Lee Smith Gardner. She was a homemaker and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Brenda was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and best friend to everyone.  She showed courage and strength throughout her life, keeping everyone laughing with her sense of humor and unique style of life.  Mrs. Gee was preceded in death by her parents; her son-in-law, Bryan Pendley; sister and brother-in-law, Regina and Jimmy Poole and her brother, Harry Lee Gardner.   

Mrs. Gee is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Larry Gee of Gainesville; daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly and Wes Smith of Gainesville and Whitney and Scott Igarashi of Buford; daughter, Shelley Pendley of Flowery Branch; granddaughter and husband, Meagan and Parker Sims of Gainesville; granddaughters, Camille Smith and Chloe Smith, both of Gainesville; grandsons, Parker Igarashi, Caden Igarashi and Cooper Igarashi, all of Buford; grandson, Carson Pendley of Flowery Branch; granddaughter, Mahaley Grace Pendley of Flowery Branch; brother and sister-in-law, Darrell and Linda Gardner of Gainesville; twin sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Jack Williams of Gainesville; sister-in-law, Willa Nell “Bill” Gardner of Oakwood, many nieces and nephews and adopted daughter, Amy Broome of Gainesville.
