Barbara Lois Elden

Mrs. Barbara Lois Elden, of Braselton passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 in Braselton, surrounded by her family.

Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at St. Marguerite d’Youville Catholic Church in Lawrenceville, followed by interment at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Father Tomy Joseph will officiate.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 13, 2017 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home, and the family will also receive friends again at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the church.

Mrs. Elden was born October 31, 1947 to the late Edward Martin & Irene Spizarsky Krupp in Miami, Florida.  She attended and was the Church Secretary at St. Marguerite d’Youville Catholic Church in Lawrenceville.  Mrs. Elden enjoyed quilting, collecting Mickey Mouse memorabilia and working at the church, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and friends.

Mrs. Elden is survived by her husband of 44 years, Guy J. Elden, Sr. of Braselton; son & daughter-in-law, Guy J. & Deborah Elden, Jr. of Madison, New Jersey; son & fiancé, David Elden & Laura Worrick of Austin, Texas; grandson, Zachary Elden; and granddaughter, Elizabeth Elden.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Edward M. Krupp.
