J.D. 'Buddy" Wiley

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday November 12, 2017 at Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel for J.D. “Buddy” Wiley age 72 of Lula. The Rev. Jacob Armour will officiate. Interment will follow at Clemons Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. Wiley passed away Thursday November 9, 2017.

Mr. Wiley was born in Hall County to the late James Marion Wiley and Thelma Dodd Wiley. He had worked for James Simpson Trucking and
Grading and was a lifelong resident of Hall and Banks County. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Henry
Wiley and sister, Carol Abernathy.

Survivors include wife, Sherry Diane Browning Wiley, Lula, son and daughter-in-law, Timothy Scott Wiley and Debbie Wiley, Lula, son, John
David Wiley, Lula, brothers, Jerry Wiley, Baldwin, Ed Wiley, Cleveland, Gerald Wiley, Baldwin, sisters, Marie Loggins, Cornelia,
Catherine Fambro, Clermont, Geneva Franklin, Baldwin, Bertha Murphy, Dahlonega, grandchildren, Heather Black, Lula, Alex Wiley, Lula,
Taylor Wiley, Lula, great grandchildren, Bailey Lea-Ann Hewell, Lula, Maddie Black, Lula, and many nieces and nephews.
