Mark Ellis Pope

Mark Ellis Pope, age 56, of Gainesville, GA, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017. He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church in Gainesville, GA. Mark will always be remembered for his kind heart and how he would never turn anybody away. He loved to fish and play cards with his family. Mark will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert II and Arlene Pope, and Millie Ellis.

Survivors include his loving wife, Staci Pope; parents, Albert III and Penny Pope; children, Kenley and Parks Pope; brother, Troy Pope; sister and brother-in-law, Kelly and Chuck Haffenden; nieces, Katie and Camryn Haffenden and Brittney Pope; nephew, Nick Pope; faithful friend, Double D; and many other loving friends and relatives.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 11, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 noon until the time of service.
