Carole Watson Allan, age 59, passed away peacefully at her home on November 1, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Carole was a lifelong Hall County resident. She graduated from Johnson High School and attended both Shorter and North Georgia Colleges.
Funeral Services will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 4, 2017 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 3, 2017 and 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.
Carole is survived by her husband of 32 years, Mark Allan, son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Sarah Allan, daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Dylan Sample, parents, Bob and Doris Watson, sister and brother-in-law, Anne and Randy Smith, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Denise and Mark Cameron, Don and Emily Allan, Karen and Ernie Walters, and Chris Allan. She was also loved by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins as well as many special friends and her Church family.
Numerous lives were molded by the example she set during the time she mentored the youth at Blackshear Place Baptist Church. She also gained the admiration of all who knew her as she battled her illness with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Her joyfulness and strong faith in God will always be remembered as well as her love for her family and pets.
The family extends special thanks and appreciation to her long- time friend, Leigh O’Dell, the nursing staff and physicians of NEGA Medical Center Braselton, Visiting Angels and Hospice of NGMC.
