Thomas Henry Sheridan Jr.

Thomas Henry Sheridan, Jr., 84, of Gainesville, Georgia passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2017 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Born on October 14, 1933, in Gainesville, GA he was the son of the late Thomas Henry Sheridan, Sr. and Bertice Bradley Sheridan. Mr. Sheridan was a veteran of the United States Air Force, he was retired from the Atlanta Journal Constitution and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

A loving father, grandfather and brother, Mr. Sheridan is survived by his son, Tom Sheridan Francisco (Stefania); daughters and sons in law, Lisa Landa (David) of Corpus Christi, TX, Lori Hinnenkamp (Greg) of Houston, TX,; daughter, Tracy McMackle of Geneva Switzerland; 9 grandchildren; brother Johnny Sheridan (Christine) of Gainesville; sister, Sarah Stevens F. Braselton and a number of other relatives. He was truly loved by all that knew him.
