Dale Anthony Charles

Mr. Dale Anthony Charles, Sr., age 56, of 234 Owl Swamp Road in Toccoa passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Stephens County Hospital.

Son of the late Robert Charles and Maudaine Morris Charles, he was born August 10, 1961 in Stephens County where he has lived his entire life.  He was employed with law enforcement and trucking for a number of years and was of the Baptist faith.  He was preceded in death by a grandson Blake Charles.

Survivors include his wife Jeanette Massey Charles of the home, daughter and son-in-law Kristi (Jeremy) Wilson of Lula, GA, two sons and daughters-in-law, Dale Anthony Charles, Jr. and (Tiffany) of Toccoa, GA, Duane and (Ashley) Kelley of Colorado Springs, CO, twelve grandchildren, sister Darlene Vickers of Toccoa, GA, two brothers, Dennis Charles of Toccoa, David (Teresa) Charles of Cleveland, GA, father-in-law Joe (Terry Massey) of Jefferson, mother-in-law Ilse Massey of Toccoa. 

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 30, 2017 at 4 p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of The Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Roy Bainey officiating.  The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Duane Kelley, Anthony Charles, Jeremy Wilson, David Charles, Dennis Charles and Kenny Raimey.
