Elizabeth (Betty) Ann Johnson

Elizabeth (Betty) Ann Johnson, of Gainesville, GA passed on October 24^th, 2017, after an extended illness over the past few years. 

Betty is survived by her husband of 52 years, Richard (Eddie) Edward Johnson; three children, Gary Johnson, Scott Johnson and Jason Johnson; daughters-in-law, Elaine Johnson and Kahla Lewis; eight grandchildren, Stacey Richards, Dustin Low, Felicia Patterson, Laura Johnson, Nathan Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Madison Johnson and Sarah Johnson; one brother, William Hitchins, nephews and nieces.   

Betty was born in Trinidad and traveled the world.  After marriage, she lived in Bermuda where her children were born, then moved with her family to Miami, FL, and onto Gainesville, GA where she settled for the past 30+ years.  Betty has touched many people with her kind words and spirited soul, making friends wherever she went.  As she passes, we will always hold dearly the love she has provided; one day we will see her again. 

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 30th, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Victory Baptist Church, 145 Clarks Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA.
