Virginia Dawn Cook

Virginia Dawn Cook, age 63 of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Cook was born on August 27, 1954, in Springfield, Pennsylvania, to Richard and Connie Bateman Hazard.  She was a certified nurse assistant and was employed by Pruitt Health Care.

Memorial services are scheduled for Sunday, November 5, 2017 at St. John Baptist Church.
