Mrs. Gertrude (Trudy) Luella Brown

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Drewery Loggins will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 5:00 p.m. until the service hour.

Born on December 20, 1945 in Marlborough, MA she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Luella Carey Teel. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband of 50 years, Reinhold Brown of Lula; daughter and son in law, Cynthia Whelchel (Raymone) of Lula; son, Jeffrey Brown of Lula; granddaughters, Kiaya Reddicks, Jada Whelchel; sister, Maryann Smith of Gainesville; and niece, Cher Singleton of Flowery Branch.
