Lorene Alma Stewart

Lorene Alma Stewart, age 78, born in Forsyth County on March 3, 1939, and was call home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. After 30 plus years as a custodian, she retired from Fulton Count School System. She was a wonderful loving Christian mother and grandmother who will be missed dearly by her family and friends. She was a quiet and hard-working woman who by example was a great influence on many lives. All who met her loved her! She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Cecil and Helen Dinsmore.

She is survived by her children, Rhonda (Jimmy) Turner, Sidney (Linda) Stewart, Greta (Mickey) Elzey and George Shaw; grandchildren, Nicholas, Shane, Stephanie (James), Jake, April Blanton and April (Donald) Payne; great-grandchildren, Cole, Savannah, Jacob Sechrest, Jada, Jacob Turner, Emma, Jo Annalaiah and LucyAnn; brothers and sisters; Maureen payne, Lamar (Betty) Densmore, Wendell (Roxanne) Densmore, Linda (Billy Joe) Smith, Raymond (Imogene) Densmore and David Densmore; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Lee Gaddis, Rev. Bud Sutton, and Rev. Dan Henderson. Interment will follow at Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
