Patricia Hardin Abercrombie

Ms. Patricia Hardin Abercrombie of Dahlonega passed away from a sudden illness.

Born January 3rd, 1953, to parents WA and Christine Hardin, Pat lived most of her life in Dahlonega, GA. She had a love for literature and her precious students at Dawson County & Robinson Elementary where she had a career as a teacher.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Abercrombie sr., brother Ricky Hardin, grandmother Pauline Crane and faithful companion Biscuit.

She is survived by her daughter Joy Hamilton of Dahlonega, stepson Ernest Abercrombie Jr of Southgate, MI, sister and brother in law Rita & Jim Adkins, bothers Teddy and Nancy Hardin, Junior Hardin and Teresa Brookshire, Shane and Melissa Hardin, stepmother Patsy Hardin, all of Dahlonega. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

A memorial will be held Friday October 20th at 1pm at Pine Valley Recreational Center in Dahlonega, GA.
