Allen Arthur Snyder

Allen Arthur Snyder, age 84, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017. Mr. Snyder is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Tim and Nicky Snyder, Buford, GA, Allen Snyder, Cape Coral, FL; daughter and son-in-law, Stacey and Pete Cepeda, Port Jefferson Station, NY; nine grandchildren. Mr. Snyder was born July 9, 1933 in Manhattan, NY. He was a 1963 graduate of the University of the State of New York and was a retired custodian from Suffolk County Police Department in New York. Mr. Snyder was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a former owner of Old Dutch Tile Company, Long Island, NY. He was of the Catholic faith. A Funeral Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home in Buford. Interment will be held Thursday, October 19, 2017 at GA National Cemetery in Canton, GA with Military Honors. The family will receive friends on the day of the service from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
