Lois Grissom Dow

Lois Grissom Dow, age 82, of Buford, GA passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward W. Dow, Sr.; and son, Danny Cofer. Mrs. Dow is survived by her daughter, Janice Tewell, Maysville, GA; sons, Mark Dow, Comer, GA, Jimmy Cofer, Crawfordville, GA, and Eddie Dow, Jr., St. Louis, MO; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Dow was born May 26, 1935 in Dacula, GA. She was retired from Frito-Lay and was a member of New Covenant Baptist Church in Dacula, GA. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home in Buford. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
