Richard Glenn Buffington, age 63 of Helen, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017.

Mr. Buffington was born June 21, 1954 in Baltimore, MD to the late Alfred and Jean Warren Buffington. Richard was formerly employed by The University of South Florida. 

Survivors include his wife, Terry Buffington, Helen; daughter, Candace Sue Buffington, Florida; brothers, Randy Buffington and David Buffington.
