Sara Roslyn McClure

Mrs. Sara Roslyn McClure, age 95 of Commerce died Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Kindred Hospice at Piedmont Athens Regional.  Mrs. McClure was born in Jefferson to the late, Thomas Aubrey and Lois Maxine Arther Minish.  Mrs. McClure was retired from Westclox and a member of the Commerce First United Methodist Church.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. McClure was also preceded in death by her husband, James Daniel McClure.

Mrs. McClure is survived by her sons, Jim McClure of Tullahoma, TN and Tom McClure of Niceville, FL; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; one niece and two nephews.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, Oct. 7^th at 2:00 PM from the Commerce First United Methodist Church with Dr. David Bowen officiating with the interment following at Grey Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 12-2 PM.
