Joan Elaine Rutan, age 81, of Hoschton passed away Monday October 2, 2017. Survivors include her daughters Dawn Ballard and husband Joe of TX; Bridget Harris and husband Frank of CA; Wendy Opdahl and husband Lyle of Hoschton.
