Vernell Peck

Vernell Peck age 89 of Dahlonega passed away on October 3, 2017.  Mrs. Peck was a lifetime resident of Hall and Lumpkin Counties.  She was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church. 

Mrs. Peck is preceded in death by her husband Bob Peck, son Jackie Peck and brother Vernon Smith as well as her parents Harry Smith and Lou Dezzie Graham Smith.

Vernell is survived by her children Doug & Lorine Peck of Dahlonega, Michael and Dodie Peck of Dahlonega, daughter in law Ann Peck of Dahlonega; brothers and sisters Judy Taylor (James) of Dahlonega and Marell Carder of Gainesville; grandchildren Jason Wilson, Trina Jones, Tracey Grizzle, Matthew Peck, Ashley Peck, Shane Peck and Tonya Peck, other great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday October 6, 2017 at 2pm at Yellow Creek Baptist Church in Murrayville, GA.  Rev. Jerry Whitlock to officiate.  Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
