Wanda B. Smith

Wanda B. Smith, 68, of Cleveland, GA passed away Saturday September 30, 2017 following a sudden illness.

Born January 31, 1949 in Dawson County to the late Hollis and Elda Blackwell, she had lived in White County for the past 7 years having moved from Dahlonega.  Wanda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Surviving are her husband, Melvin Smith, Cleveland; children, Lamar and Michelle Smith, Jasper, Jody and Howard Beck, Dawsonville, Wendy and C J Watkins, Cleveland; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Bonnell Swaney Pitts, Woodstock; and brother, J C Blackwell, Dawsonville;

The family will receive friends on Monday October 2, 2017 from 3 until 8 at the funeral home with a prayer service to be held at 5 o’clock.
