Anne Lunsford, age 84, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017.
Anne was born in Stephens County on December 12, 1932. She was the last surviving child of the late Emory Dean and Bertha Fitzgerald Dean. A young Army wife, she devoted her life to taking care of her husband and children. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Gisela Light.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Jack Lunsford; three daughters, Brenda Sutton (Larry) of Clarkesville, Debbie Payne (Jim) of El Paso, Texas, and Jackie Baca (Marshall) of Artesia, New Mexico; nine grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
