Miss Kimberly Claire Thomason age 25 of Toccoa passed away Saturday September 23, 2017 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.
A daughter of Sherree Anderson Thomason and the late Thomas Richard “Trigger” Thomason, She was born on June 18, 1992 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all of her life. She was employed with Quincy’s of Toccoa for 2 years and of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother, daughter and sister. She was a very kind and caring person and always put everyone else first. She loved her son Gabe and her significant other with all of her heart.
Survivors include her mother Sherree Anderson Thomason of Toccoa, son Gabe McCartney of Toccoa, two sisters and brothers-in-law Keri and Alex Irelan and Kassi and Brandon Turpin of Toccoa, grandmother Dorothy Anderson of Toccoa and step-grandmother Brenda Anderson of Eastanollee and father of her son Blaine McCartney of Toccoa.
A memorial service will be held on Friday September 29, 2017 at 6 P.M. at the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Albert Hudson officiating.
The family will be at the home of Kassi and Brandon Turpin 139 Forest Brook Drive, Eastanollee and will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4 P.M. until service time on Friday.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Trigger Thomason Strive and Drive Award, c/o Stephens County High School, Coach Frank Barden, 638 White Pine Road, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 in memory of Miss Kimberly Claire Thomason.
