Scott C. Jackson

Mr. Scott C. Jackson, 56, of Gainesville passed away September 15, 2017 at his residence.

          Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 18, 2017 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on September 17, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

          Scott was a loving father, grandfather and husband of 28 years.  Scott was a self-made business man who built his company from the ground up. His drive and ambition were unsurpassed. He loved his girls with everything he had, his grandbabies were the light of his life and his beautiful bride who stood by his side until the day he passed.  Scott fought a very courageous battle with cancer before passing away at home surrounded by his loved ones and the beautiful plot of land where he built his family home.

Mr. Jackson is preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Jackson and grandmother, Ann Price.

Mr. Jackson is survived by his wife, Annette Jackson of Gainesville; daughter and significant other, Tiffany Reynolds and Jeremy Evans of Ohio; daughter and son in law, Miranda and Kevin Gill of Braselton; daughter, Taylor Jackson of Gainesville; granddaughters, Dakota Reynolds, Delaney Evans, Destiny Faith Evans all of Ohio; grandsons, Dominic Scott Evans of Ohio, Kade Gill of Braselton; granddaughter, Kennedy Gill of Braselton; sisters, Marty Stanelle of Snellville, Kay Burdeshaw of Ocala, FL, Toni Grant of Cartersville, Cheryl Jackson of Cartersville; in-laws, Robert and Joann Kerr of Ohio; mother, Bernice Jackson of Cartersville and a number of other relatives.
