Pastor Gail Branch White

Pastor Gail Branch White 61, was born in Hall County on October 10th 1956, to the late JC Branch SR, and Doris (Randolph) Branch. She attended Gainesville High School and graduated with the class of 1974. During and after high school she worked at Fair Street Community Swimming Pool as a lifeguard teaching many how to swim. She attended Georgia State University graduating with a degree in early childhood education. After receiving her degree she worked hard to open her own daycare 4Ever Learning Center in Decatur, GA. For more than 30 years she dedicated her life teaching children and spreading the word of God. She was the Pastor of Greater Praise Outreach Ministry, in Decatur, GA where she taught many about the word of God. She will be most remembered to family, loved ones, friends and people she met along the way for her kind spirit, warm and uplifting hugs, bright smile, willingness to give, and her unconditional love. Gail is preceded in death by her Husband Lowell White, Parents, and several aunts and uncles. She leaves to cherish her memories: one Brother James “Muffin” (Celeste) Branch JR of Rex, Ga; two sisters, Marcelle “Cookie” Branch of Bethlehem, GA; Lollie (Kenneth) Hollis of Lithonia, GA. Three nieces, Terica Branch of Suwanee, GA; Aschara Hollis Alexis Hollis both of Lithonia, GA; Two nephews Mario Knight and Quatar Knight both of Atlanta, GA; Two Goddaughters, Chelsey Boyce and Alexis Cannon both of Atlanta, GA; Two Special friends; Andrea Mitchell of Conyers, GA; Michelle Williams of Gainesville, GA; Three close family members Brandy Leverette, Andrea “Buff” Williams, Shanquis Williams, and a host of family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 16,2017 at the hour of 3:30 PM at Antioch Baptist Church, Gainesville, GA. Visitation will be held on Friday, Saturday 15, 2017 between the hours of 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Wimberly & Jackson Funeral Home. Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly & Jackson Funeral Home.
