Patricia Garrett Frederick, age 68, of Buford, GA, died Tuesday, August 22, 2017 after an extended illness. Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 11:00 – 1:00 at the funeral home. Pat was preceded in death by her son, David Garrett. She is survived by her husband, Maurice Frederick, Buford; son, Torre Smith, Lawrenceville, GA; sister, Judy Little, Yonkers, NY; brothers, Paul Garrett, Yonkers, NY and Timothy Garrett, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY; grandson, Lim Smith; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Pat was born in New Rochelle, NY and had lived in the metro Atlanta area the past 37 years. She was employed as a sales clerk at Lowe’s and was of the Christian faith.
