Debra N. Riles

Debra N. Riles, age 58, of Clarkesville, Georgia went to be with The Lord on Thursday, September 7, 2017 following a sudden illness.

Mrs. Riles was born on August 5, 1959 in Toccoa, Georgia to the late Bill Nation and Bonnie Manns. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Tabitha Farmer; and sister, Vickie Watkins. Mrs. Riles was of the Baptist Faith. She was employed with Wal-Mart in Cornelia.

Survivors include her husband, Glenn D. Riles, of Clarkesville, GA; step-daughter, Haley Riles, of Franklin, NC; step-son and wife, Justin and Tara Riles, of Franklin, NC; sisters, Charlotte Holcomb, of Mount Airy, GA; Shirley Tharpe, of Cottondale, FL; Carolyn Nation, of Carnesville, GA; brother, Billy G. Nation, of Royston, GA; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Pastor Scott Westmoreland officiating. Interment will follow in the Yonah Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2017 at the funeral home.
