Eugene “Gene” Phillips

Mr. Eugene “Gene” Phillips, age 82, of Falls Road in Toccoa, Ga. passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Stephens County Hospital.

A private family interment will be held on Thursday at Eastanollee Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to any charity in memory of Mr. Gene Phillips.
