Krystyna Stanislawa Kozlowski, 68 of Cumming GA passed away on Wednesday August 30, 2017.

She was born in Krakow, Poland on October 29, 1948 the daughter of Edward and Rozalia Karpinska who have both predeceased her.

Krystyna is survived by her husband Stanley Kozlowski of Cumming, GA.
