Christopher George 'Chris' Moulton

Christopher George “Chris” Moulton, 45, of Gainesville, Georgia died August 29, 2017 after an extended illness with his immediate family at his side.

Chris was born May 15, 1972 in Waterville Maine and is the son of Paul and Bernadette Moulton of Gainesville Georgia. He was a graduate of Norcross High School, Norcross Georgia and attended Gwinnett Tech where he studied Business Administration. Born with Spina Bifida, Chris was honored in his youth to be both the Easter Seal and United Way Poster child. Chris was active in wheelchair sports including Basketball, Track and Field and Soccer. He was an inspiration to all he met and will always be remembered for his determination to live his life as an independent self-functioning individual.

Chris is survived by his parents Paul and Bernadette of Gainesville, his loving and caring sister Kelly McCloud of Gainesville, his nephew Matthew Ryan Doss of Knoxville Tennessee, his loving niece Sarah McCloud of Gainesville and his number one companion, his dog Milo. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Chris was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Ruth and Gordon Moulton of Chandler Arizona and maternal grandparents Alice and Bernard Holmes of Otter Creek Maine.

A Memorial Celebration of life is being planned for October 21st at 11am at the Gainesville First United Methodist Church Gainesville, Georgia.
