Maria Elena Lopez

Maria Elena Lopez, age 20, of Buford, GA passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017. She was preceded in death by her brother, Sergio Lopez, Jr. She is survived by her parents, Sergio Omar Lopez and Irma Diaz, Buford, GA; sister, Vanessa Lopez, Buford, GA; brother, Emilio Ivan Diaz, Texas; cousin, Roger Diaz, Buford, GA. Maria was one of the most caring and thoughtful individuals. She approached everything life threw at her with courage, determination, and most importantly a smile. She was extraordinarily passionate about anything that caught her interest which included gaming, photography, nature and playing music. She will forever be missed and loved by her friends and family. A visitation-service will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home.
