Funeral Services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Sunday August 27, 2017 at Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Louella Phipps age 89 of Murrayville. The Rev. John Dell will officiate. Interment will be on Wednesday August 30 in Ohio. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Phipps passed away Tuesday August 23, 2017.
