Christopher “Ryan” Stewart, 21 of Gainesville, died August 10, 2017 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident while traveling from Glacier National Park, MT to Mount Rushmore, SD Ryan was born July 13, 1996 in Gainesville, the son of Chris and Liz Stewart. He was a graduate of White County High School in Cleveland. Ryan was a gifted photographer and storyteller. He loved camping, hiking, and all things outdoors. He will be remembered for his amazing smile, humor, determination, integrity, servant’s heart and the love he showed to all. Ryan is survived by his parents Chris and Liz of Gainesville, his loving Brother Zach, and the pets he loved; Rudy, Spot, Boo boo, and Howie. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Don and Pat Litchfield, of Dahlonega; and his paternal grandmother, Theresa Stewart, of Gainesville; and aunts, uncle, cousins. He is also survived by his loving girlfriend, Hannah Dalton, of Cleveland. Ryan was proceeded in death by his loving grandpa Curtis Stewart. Funeral arrangement are being handled by W.R. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home in Clermont. Visiting hours will be Friday from 11am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm. The funeral will be held on Saturday at 10am at New Bridge Baptist Church in Gainesville.
