Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mr. Thomas "Billy" Taylor, age 60 of Cleveland. Thomas passed away Saturday, August 19, 2017. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Thursday, August 24, 2017 in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
