Trung Hon La

Mr. Trung Hon La, age 59, of Flowery Branch passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017 at his residence, surrounded by family.

The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.  A Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 14, 2017 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church.  Father Francis Tuan Tran will officiate. 

Mr. La was born December 10, 1957 to the late Tich La & Huoi Thi Banh is Rach Gia, Vietnam.  On March 27, 1979, he and his nephew escaped from Vietnam to a refugee camp in Malaysia, then came to New Jersey in 1980.  Mr. La worked for Wrigley’s for 29 years.

Mr. La is survived by his wife of 21 years, Ngoc Thuan Nguyen La of Flowery Branch; sister, Huoi Thi La of Vietnam; nephew, Tuan La of South Plainfield and niece, Diep La, both of South Plainfield, New Jersey.
