Janice Borg Teasley

Janice “Jan” Borg Teasley, age 80, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-five years, Morris Teasley. She is survived by her children, Rhonda and Wayne Wooten, Hull, GA, Mark and Terrie Calhoun, Dacula, GA, Ruth Ann and Mike Scarbrough, Dacula, GA and Ben and Carrie Calhoun, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Matt and Cindy Wooten, Dusty and Jenny Wooten, Lindsey and Ross Hagan, Kellie Calhoun and Preston Scarbrough; great grandchildren, Tucker Wooten, Noah Wooten and Hudson Hagan; sisters, Pam Schwartz Tross and Petie Malave; brother, Jerry Borg; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Teasley was born December 3, 1936 in Brainerd, MN.

She was a homemaker and a long time member of Alpharetta Church of God. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. John Waters of Alpharetta Church of God officiating.

Interment will be at Liberty Congregational Church Cemetery in Dewey Rose, GA with graveside service at 4:30 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Flowers will be graciously accepted and condolences may be expressed to the family at www.flaniganfuneralhome.com in memory of Jan Teasley.
