Bonnie Roper Clark

Mrs. Bonnie Roper Clark, 86 of Flowery Branch, Georgia passed away on August 4, 2017 due to an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, 2017 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Mike Roper will officiate.  Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday August 6, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Born in Gainesville, GA., on April 10, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Edward Webb Roper and Tannie White Roper. She was retired from Dunaway Drugstore in Oakwood. Mrs. Clark was a member of Chattahoochee Baptist Church in Flowery Branch.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Clark is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence E. “Buster” Clark; son, Kevin Brian Clark; son in law, Tony Rothschild; sisters, Dorothy Roper Castleberry, Reba Roper Brookshire; brothers, Noel Roper, Walter Roper, Boyd Roper.

Mrs. Clark is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Rothschild; daughter in law, Connie Clark; granddaughter, Katie Clark; grandson, Eric Clark; brother, Leon Roper; sisters, Vindetta Wade, Mellie Wade and a number of other relatives.
