Clifton Serite Savage

  Mr. Clifton Serite Savage, age 77 of Gainesville, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2017 at the residence of his step-son following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, August 4, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  Reverend Randy Roys and Reverend Mark Stroud will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 4 – 8 pm at the funeral home. 

Mr. Savage was born February 4, 1941 in Clermont, Georgia to the late Lillian Savage Lampkin.  He was retired from North Georgia Lawn Care and was a member of Glory Baptist Church.  Cliff was preceded in death by his mother, his wife, Jeanette Kidd Savage, his son, Ricky Savage, his step-son, Ricky Archer and his granddaughter, Stacey Archer. 

Mr. Savage is survived by his step-son & his wife, Steve & Kim Archer of Gainesville, grandchildren, Tammy Archer of Cedartown, Georgia, Misty & Tramecus Cobb, Samantha Archer, Shawn & Sloane Archer, Gina Archer, Drew & Nicole Archer, all of Gainesville, Ashley & Corey Ingram of Clermont, Lauren Dixon and Lyndsey & Chad David, all of Gainesville, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, Alexander Clifton Mahaffey of Gainesville.
