Cecil Clark

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday July 29, 2017 at Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel for Cecil H. Clark, age 78 of Gainesville. The Rev. David Ash will officiate. Interment will follow at Belmont Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Clark passed away Friday July 28, 2017.  

Mr. Clark was born in Hall County to the late Wilbert C. “W.C.” Clark and Ruby Bailey Clark. He had worked for Wrigley’s for over 30 years and was a member of Shiloah Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by sisters, Eva Hudgins, Nell Ivey and Sybil Clark, and brother, W.C. “Bill” Clark Jr.

Survivors include wife, Sharon Walker Clark, Gainesville, son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Sandra Clark, Gainesville, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
