Ronald Paul Roskosh

Ronald Paul Roskosh, age 83 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, July 14, 2017. 

Mr. Roskosh was born February 3, 1934 in Greensburg, PA, to the late Peter P. Roskosh and Ada G. Roskosh. Ronald was a veteran of the United States National Guard and was retired from Florida Power and Light where he worked as a supervisor. Mr. Roskosh was a member of the Gideons in Sparta and Yadkinville, NC, served as President for the Lions Club in Yadkinville from 1997-1998 and was an active member of the Sparta Lions Club. He was a former Deacon at the First Baptist Church in Sparta, NC and was a member and Deacon of the First Baptist Church of Cleveland. Ronald also taught 5th grade reading (slow learners) and was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Roskosh and sister, Leah Wilson. 

Survivors include his wife, Jo W. Roskosh, Cleveland; daughter, Leah Lalande, Cumming; son, Ronny Roskosh, Titusville, FL; grandchildren, Nicole Lalande, Hannah Lalande and A.J. Roskosh; great-grandchildren, Jack Lalande, Ryan Lalande; and several nieces and nephews also survive. 

Memorial services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dennis Turner and the Rev. Bucky Erwin will officiate. 

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Saturday at the Funeral Home prior to the service.
