Gladys Ruby Smith

Gladys Ruby Smith, age 67, of Buford, GA passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Smith; parents, Harry Alverson and Laura Mae Stevens; sisters, Betty Aguillon, and Connie Baine. She is survived by her three children, Lyle and Deena Anibal, Elon, NC, Ruth and John Wolf, Buford, GA, Suzanne Rodgers and Johnny Vickers, Flowery Branch, GA; brothers, John Stevens, Blacksburg, SC, Albert Stevens, Midland, MI, David Stevens, Blacksburg, SC; sisters, Violet Leach, Fayetteville, NC, and Mary; eight grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Mackenzie, Jonathan, Rayna, Chloe, Morgan, and Jackson; one great grandchild, Jeremiah. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor David Channell officiating. A reception will follow in the Magnolia Room of Flanigan Funeral Home.
