Del L. Vaughan

Mr. Del L. Vaughan, age 75, of Cumming, GA passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Edna Cash Vaughan; and sister, Doris Marsingill. He is survived by his wife of fifty-six years, Helen Tatum Vaughan, Cumming, GA; children, Tina Marie Swanson, Buford, GA, Teri and Chris McCuen, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Misty Sykes, Mandy Reeves, Medina Swanson, Joshua Williamson, Tasha Henson; and three great grandchildren. Mr. Vaughan was born October 22, 1941 in Cumming, GA. He was a 1960 graduate of Buford High School. He was retired from 3M Company with thirty-five years of service. He was a longtime member of Buford Church of God. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Buford Church of God with Minister Teri McCuen, Rev. Lamar Hansard and Rev. Mark Rutland officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home in Buford.
