Amalia Le’mert

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of  Ms. Amalia Le’mert, age 85 of Lawrenceville, Georgia entered into rest Saturday, June 24, 2017.  Ms. Le’mert was born in Caracas, Venezuela, a daughter of the late Guillermo Le’mert and the late Rosa Rivero.  Ms. Le’mert was of the Catholic Faith and was a retired Elementary School Teacher having taught children for thirty years in Venezuela.  In addition to her parents, Ms. Le’mert is preceded by a grandchild, Mauro Rodriguez.

Survivors include a daughter Amy Melegari and her husband Richard of Lawrenceville, a son, Mauricio Rodriguez and his wife Ydalia of Venezuela.  Sister, Graciela Awalt of Florida.  Four grandchildren, Luis Alfonso Rodriguez, Tricia Melegari, Angie Rodriguez and Matthew Melagari also survive.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 26, 2017 at Evans Memory Gardens, 1350 Winder Highway, Jefferson, Georgia.  The family will receive friends at the graveside.
