James Mark Allen

Mr. James Mark Allen, age 53 of Gainesville, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at his residence following a sudden illness.

Graveside services are scheduled for Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Allen Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Allen was born on July 27, 1963 in Winder, Georgia to the late Grover Allen and Nell Lawanna Alford Allen. He was employed with Grover Allen Grading Company and was a member of Spirit of Joy Church. He is preceded in death by his parents.

James is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Julie Huynh and Luis Camacho of Gainesville, daughter, April Nunez of Gainesville, daughter, Heather Roper of Buford, 9 grandchildren, brother, Mike Allen of Jackson County, sisters, Dianne Brock of Gainesville, and Jackie Goss of Flowery Branch.
