Effie Mae Brown Sudderth

Mrs. Effie Mae Brown Sudderth, age 88, of Buford, GA passed away on Monday, June 19, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-nine years, Allen Sudderth; grandson, Scott Bradford; parents, Lester and Ovaline Collins Brown; sister, Vera Ashworth; and brother, Norman Leon Brown. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Ricky Etheridge, Buford, GA and Anne and Ron Bushnell, Flowery Branch, GA; grandson,  Jason Bradford and wife, Shirley Bradford; great grandchildren, Hannah Bradford, Allie Bradford, Cody Bradford and Faith Bradford; great great-grandson, Kase Bradford; brother,  David Brown, Chestnut Mountain, GA; and several nephews and cousins. Mrs. Sudderth was born September 20, 1928. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Buford, GA. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was loved by all who knew her. She will surely be missed by all. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Ashworth and Rev. Brian Satterfield officiating. Interment will follow at Old Suwanee Baptist Church Cemetery in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
