Sandra "Sandy" Ridgeway

Sandra “Sandy” Ridgeway, age 68, of Cleveland, GA formerly of Buford, GA passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glyndon and Rose Lancaster Ridgeway; sister, Cheryl Ann Ridgeway. She is survived by her son, Paul Ridgeway and Lauren McDaniel, Cleveland, TN; grandchildren, Adalyn Grace Ridgeway, and Landon Carver Ridgeway; sisters and brothers-in-law, Germaine and Andy Davis, Atlanta, GA, and Diane and Lowell Pratt, Buford, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rev. Nathan And Faye Ridgeway, Cleveland, TN, Victor and Susan Ridgeway, Macon, GA, Phil and Barbara Ridgeway, Lilburn, GA, and Eric and Jeanette Ridgeway, Monroe, GA; aunts and uncles, Carolyn and Samuel Parks, Buford, GA, Naomi and John Thompson, Ringgold, GA, and Evelyn Dooley, Winder, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Ms. Ridgeway was born January 18, 1949 in Glenville, GA. She was a graduate of Covington High School in Covington, LA, and attended Mercier University and GA State University. She was a member of Buford Church of God.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Buford Church of God with Rev. Lamar Hansard and Rev. Nathan Ridgeway officiating. Interment will follow at Sugar Hill Cemetery in Sugar Hill. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home in Buford.
