Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs Trella Denise Cantrell , age 54 of Cleveland. Denise passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm,Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at White Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Lewis Fortner and Rev. Jerry Whitlock officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Rev. Donald Fuller officiating.
Denise was born on November 24, 1962 to Eugene Crane Jr. and the late Carolyn Palmer Crane. She lived her entire life in White County, graduating from White County High School in 1980. Over the years,Denise worked with Liberty Mutual and Ethicon, later she would work in banking and finance. Even though Denise faced cancer, her outlook on life and her love of God never changed. She was thankful for what God had given her and even in her last days, was the example of grace. Denise loved her church, White Creek Baptist, where she had been an active member for several years.
Survivors include her husband, Reggie Cantrell, Cleveland, sons, Corey Cantrell and Cody Cantrell and sister, Rita Black of Cleveland as well as her grandson, Tatum Cantrell; special friends, Voyce and Imogene Hunt and the staff of Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Denise is also survived by a number of cousins, additional relatives and numerous friends, all of whom, she made the world a brighter place.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon and evening from 4 pm to 8pm
