Funeral services for Connie Wright Canup age 51, of Covington will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2017 from the Hillside Memorial Chapel with Rev. Craig Brown Officiating. Interment will follow the service in Bethel Temple Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Friday from 2-4 PM.
Mrs. Canup passed away June 10, 2017.
Born in Denver, Colorado on February 23, 1966, Mrs. Canup was the daughter of the late Robert and and Connie J. Brown Wright. Mrs. Canup was a homemaker and a member of Newton Baptist Church in Covington. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Canup was preceded in death by her daughter Ashley Nichole Canup.
Survivors include her husband Michael Canup of Covington, sons Jared Lee Stargel of Monroe and Jacob Darren Stargel of Covington, brother Robert Lee Wright of Monroe, sister Lisa Marie O’Kelley of Monroe.
