Manuel Cortes-Reyes

Mr. Manuel Cortes-Reyes, 78, of Gainesville Georgia passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 in at St. Michael Catholic Church. Father Gerardo Ceballos will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Mr. Cortes-Reyes was born in Durango, Mexico on May 30, 1939 to the late Julio Cortez Arenallo and Belem Reyes-Nava. He was a farmer and of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Cortes-Reyes is survived by his wife, Angelina Galvan of Gainesville; daughters, Maria G. Cortes (Gilberto) of Gainesville, Belem Cortes (Gilberto) of Braselton; sons, Julio Cortes, Victor Manuel Cortes both of Durango, Raymundo Cortes of Gainesville, Viciente Cortes both of Gainesville; daughters, Odilia Cortes, Maria de Jesus Cortes both of Gainesville; sons, Manuel Cortes of Flowery Branch, Hernan Cortes of Gainesville.
